Two of Tulsa's top poets are teaming up for an amazing evening of spoken word, poetry, and live music on Friday, March 29. Through this performance, the audience can expect to experience an array of vocal and lyrical prowess that is a compliment to Quincey's study of poetry and love for literature. A combination of poetic emphasis and lyrical engagement will immerse attendees in a vibe that blends jazz and hip-hop. With the collaboration of Tea Rush and this collective of musicians, the night will be a taste of artful creativity. The band includes Written Quincey (vocals), Tea Rush (vocals), Liza Villarreal (violin), Marcus James (bass), Jerrell Jackson (drums), and Bobby Moffett Jr. (keys).
