Veterans Day Show featuring 7 Blue

Join us for a special celebration of music, highlighting the sacrifices and commitment of our veterans. Enjoy music from the American Song Book, some funk, and soul by 7Blue. Service and patriotic music will also be performed. Plus, all attendees will receive a free mini cheesecake to celebrate the holiday with us! Our band features: Alvetta Jones - vocals Richard Jones - drums David Brennen - piano and vocals Steve Beck - saxophone Stephen Cosper - guitar Will Kelly - bass Doors open at 6pm/ Show runs 7-8:30pm Ages 21+ (Please provide a valid ID) Alvetta Newby-Jones is a native of Washington, D.C. As she likes to say, ”born and bred”. She has a lengthy background in musical theater and has been singing for over 25 years. Her velvet, yet powerful vocals fronted the Atlanta-based funk group, Cherry Royale. With Cherry Royale, she had the opportunity to open for some of the best soul and funk players in the game including Soulive, The New Mastersounds, Organ, and even ”The Woo” himself Mr. Bernie Worrell. Alvetta and her family moved to Tulsa in 2021. She is excited to set the stage ablaze and dive deep into Tulsa’s rich music and cultural landscape.
